Buy a size bigger
I’ve boughten multiple shorts from gym shark before all mediums for some reason this medium is a tighter fit. There still fine for weight training but functional movements like burpee broad jumps and wall balls the shorts in the quad area are too tight feel like they might rip at any moment.
