Will My Basket Be Wiped When The Sale Goes Live?

Let's clear things up...

When the sale goes live, your basket - with all your products (if they're still available) - will be there for you so that you can check out quickly. That being said, you'll need to make sure that you remain logged into your account and:

• Don’t at any point log out of your account

• Don’t change the region of your local store (ie, if you live in the US, stay on the US store).

TLDR: If for any reason you log out, or change your store location, your cart will be refreshed/wiped clear.

During The Gymshark Black Friday Sale, all standard payment methods will remain available to use:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

• Digital Payments: PayPal, ApplePay, Gymshark Gift Cards.

• Afterpay: available in the US, Canada, and Australia.

• Klarna: available in the UK, US, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

• iDeal: available in the Netherlands.

• Sale items will be available to order from November 16th at 8am, PST, 9am MST, 11am EST for North American regions, 5pm AWST, 7pm AEST, 8pm AEDT for Australian regions and 4pm GMT for all other international regions.

• If items are marked FINAL SALE on our US & Canadian stores in the Black Friday Sale, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

• Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout.

Yes! Gift cards will be available to purchase during The Gymshark Black Friday Sale, however, will not be offered at a discounted rate.

There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line.

We'll get you through as quickly as possible, but please note that waiting times during the first few hours of the sale, could be up to 45 minutes.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details like changing sizes or colours, adding products, or altering your shipping address, or shipping method. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self-service options once your order has been dispatched.

Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don't worry! You'll receive an email from our Customer Support Team, alongside new tracking information for your remaining items if this is the case.

If an item you've ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we'll let you know of any new changes to your order by email. Please note that refunds can take between 5-7 business days to arrive in your account.

Yes! You'll be able to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, if needed. You can do this either via your order confirmation email, or, by logging into your GS account: locate your order and then press the ‘cancel order’ button

If you have placed multiple orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these; each order will be dispatched separately.

We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, due to the BTS operations at our warehouses, unfortunately, we're not always able to do this.

Yes! You'll be able to opt for express shipping when checking out during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale.

At the time of ordering, the best current delivery options for your region will be displayed at checkout. If for some reason express delivery isn’t an option, unfortunately this means that we're unable to offer the service at the time of your order.

Your shipping timeframe will show at the time of checkout and will be from click to delivery!

As soon as your items have been shipped, you’ll receive an email titled “Your Gymshark Order is on its way” containing your tracking link so you can follow your orders journey right to your hands! We know that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please allow up to 14 calendar days for your order to arrive, before reaching out to our Customer Support Team.

FYI: tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.

Extended Returns Window:

• Purchases made between 1st November 2025 and 1st January 2026 can be returned up until 31st January 2026, following our extended returns policy.

• Please note: items marked FINAL SALE on our US & Canadian stores, will not be eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Free Returns
