Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility

  2. This promotion is open to all new customers that create an account on www.gymshark.com (the “Website”) and/or the Gymshark app (the “App”) and sign up to the Gymshark loyalty programme ("New Members") in accordance with the loyalty terms and conditions available at https://support.gymshark.com/en-US/pages/loyalty-terms-and-conditions. You must qualify as a New Member no earlier than 26 February 2026.

  3. This promotion is only available to residents of the United States of America and not available to staff of Gymshark Ltd, Gymshark USA Inc, or any of their group companies.

  4. Promotion period

  5. This promotion is available online only and valid for qualifying purchases made by New Members from 19:00 (GMT) on 26 February 2026 and shall continue until the earlier of:

  6. 25 March2026; or

  7. after 100 New Members have made a qualifying purchase in the USA (the "Promotion Period").

  8. Qualifying purchase

  9. New Members who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period will receive a single use discount code in the sum of $20 which can be redeemed on the New Member’s next order with Gymshark (the "Discount Code").

  10. To qualify for the Discount Code, New Members must enroll in Gymshark Loyalty between 23 February 2026 at 11am EST and 26 February 2026 and must purchase at least one (1) item from the Whitney x Adapt Animal collection launched on 26 February 2026.

  11. Qualifying purchases do not include products with sale discounts.

  12. Returned items will be refunded in accordance with Gymshark's standard Returns Policy available at https://support.gymshark.com.

  13. Discount codes

  14. Only one Discount Code per New Member during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made. Each Discount Code is non-transferable and can be used only once per order.

  15. Discount Codes will be distributed immediately to New Members after a qualifying purchase has been made via email and push notifications. New Members must ensure their contact preferences allow receipt of marketing communications.

  16. Discount Codes may be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotional code, or discount code.

  17. Discount Codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards or vouchers and cannot be exchange for cash or credit.

  18. Each Discount Code must be redeemed by 25 March 2026, after which it will expire and become invalid.

  19. General

  20. All purchases are subject to stock availability and our terms and conditions of sale which can be read at https://support.gymshark.com.

  21. Gymshark reserves the right to:

  22. decline to accept orders where, in its reasonable opinion, a Discount Code is invalid for the order being placed or is the subject of improper use or fraudulent activity;

  23. withdraw, amend, or extend this promotion at any time on reasonable notice; and

  24. change these terms and conditions at any time on reasonable notice.

  26. Any personal information collected as part of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Gymshark's Privacy Notice.

  27. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
